In this initial stage, we conduct a needs analysis to understand what the client wants to achieve and why they seek to improve team dynamics. Through this process, we identify a suitable psychometric assessment to meet their needs. The results of the assessment inform the design and delivery of an interactive workshop aimed at maximizing team performance to meet organizational objectives.

In the next stage, the team participates in a customized In Formation workshop. The workshop focuses on activities designed to build trust, enhance communication, foster collaboration, and promote mutual understanding among team members. The goal is for team members to appreciate each others strengths, challenges, and the value they bring to the organization. Each participant leaves the session with concrete steps to contribute to achieving organizational goals.

In the final stage, we establish timelines for ongoing support through 1:1 coaching to assist the leader and team members in following through on their commitments and working collaboratively to meet organizational expectations.
